A: Absolutely not. In our Complimentary Assessment of your property, we’ll discuss how we can help, and you can choose only the services that work
Q: How involved will I be in day-to-day issues?
A: As involved as you’d like to be. Our working model includes shared decision making and daily communication about any emerging issues.

We can work together to determine a service program that works for you and determine our fees based on that. Our fees are always fair and strive to align our respective interests, with no overtime or hidden costs.
