A: No upfront fees but a management agreement is required. In most fee structures, you have the ability to cancel our services with notice.


Q: I already have a good building superintendent for my building or HOA—do I need to use yours?

A: Absolutely not. In our Complimentary Assessment of your property, we’ll discuss how we can help, and you can choose only the services that work


Q: How involved will I be in day-to-day issues?

A: As involved as you’d like to be. Our working model includes shared decision making and daily communication about any emerging issues.


Q: What do your services cost?

A: The best way to answer that question is with a Complimentary Assessment of your property. We can work together to determine a service program that works for you and determine our fees based on that. Our fees are always fair and strive to align our respective interests, with no overtime or hidden costs.
