We aggressively market commercial and residential vacancies through online outlets, coordinate showings, and manage the leasing process.  Our commercial and residential brokerage affiliates have a network of experienced and knowledgeable brokers and access to all key online outlets.

Leasing Review

We make sure we understand all the Owner rights and obligations in existing leases, including how to determine, assess and recover all expenses allowed pursuant to the lease terms.  We perform annual tenant by tenant expense reconciliations to ensure all reimbursable expenses are recovered to maximize NOI.

Tenant Management & Support

We provide a consistent and reliable point of contact for your tenants and strive to develop personal relationships with them  Happy tenants means occupied spaces.
